SoluProTec values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we process through our website https://www.soluprotec.org/ (the “Site”). This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share and protect your data, in accordance with Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation through Executive Decree 285 of 2021 of the Republic of Panama.

4) Purposes of processing
We use your data to:

We process your data, as applicable, on the basis of:

6) Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only technical cookies, needed for it to work and to protect your session (for example, the visitor session identifier that lets the forms be sent). We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept or reject.
To know which parts of the Site are used, we count visits and actions (for example, opening a case or sending a request) as daily totals per page, language, type of screen and general source of the visit (direct, search engine, social network or another site). These totals are not made with cookies or with anything stored on your device, do not include your IP address or any browser data, and cannot be used to recognise you from one visit or one page to the next. If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or you use a data-saving mode, we do not count your visit. If in the future we add measurement tools that use cookies or identify people, we will say so here and ask for your consent before using them.
You can:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings (if you block the technical ones, the form may not work).
7) Sharing data with third parties
We may share data only when necessary to operate the Site or provide services, for example with:
- hosting/platform providers of the Site (e.g., Wix);
- forms and contact-management (CRM) tools;
- email/communication providers;
- partners/subcontractors only if necessary to carry out a requested/contracted service (and under confidentiality agreements).
We do not sell your personal data.
8) International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Panama (for example, infrastructure in the U.S. or other regions). In those cases, we seek to ensure reasonable contractual and security measures to protect your data, in accordance with applicable regulations.
9) Data retention
We keep data only for as long as necessary to:
- handle your request;
- maintain the commercial/contractual relationship;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes or enforce rights.
After that, we delete or anonymize it in a reasonable manner.
10) Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., access control, credential management, security practices, backups where applicable). Even so, no system is 100% infallible.
11) Data subject rights (ARCO and others)
You may exercise your rights under Panamanian regulations, including Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), and any others that apply. To do so, write to us at:
- info@soluprotec.org

The Site and our services are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Policy because of Site improvements or regulatory changes. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
